2010 Trunk or Treat!

Shelby Community Foundation participates in Trunk or Treat

It was a cold and blustery day, but you can't keep the kids away from free sugar! Lots of little ones (plus some bigger ones) and lots of fun!

The Shelby Community Foundation joined with over 100 families and businesses at the Cherry Creek Trunk or Treat Event prior to Halloween. Costumes were creative and faces glowed as children went from the trunk of one vehicle to the next accumulating treats which should last them for a year! Older siblings and some parents also dressed the part to help bring a festive air to the morning. This is a safe and fun way for little ones to enjoy the tradition of "trick or treat" in a secure and fun environment. Cherry Creek provided free hayrides and games.
